Overview
The E190 is the most popular member of Embraer's first-generation E-Jet family. Its "double-bubble" fuselage allows four-abreast seating with no middle seats, giving a cabin that feels closer to a large airliner than a cramped regional jet.
JetBlue launched it in 2005, and it has been used widely by airlines such as KLM Cityhopper and BA CityFlyer. It is now being followed by the re-engined E190-E2.
